Backyard track near Austin -- Video
Took a trip out to see my buddies in South Austin yesterday for some CORR truck and offroad action. The grill was hot but the weather wasn't playing along. Managed to get in enough shooting to get a couple of vids out of the day. It was very cloudy and drizzling off and on. The track managed to get pretty muddy before it was all over. But some of the guys kept shoveling dirt onto the track and it remained runnable. Good grub good racing and a bunch of great guys makes for an enjoyable Sunday.

Windows 7 comes with an AVC1 decoder and will play the mp4 just fine. FFDShow and CoreAVC are two alternatives for those that don't have windoze 7. I have used Core AVC extensively and recommend that solution. Costs 15 bucks but basically you can get rid of quicktime and watch mp4's in your media player with CUDA acceleration if you have an Nvidia card. You can also enable mp4 playing in media player with the free divx package which includes the avc1 decoder. Eventually I'll switch to AVC1 for my streaming so I can get rid of qt. Won't happen overnight but in the next 3 months or so I'll be switching over.
