the B5 is a good choice I came across a Losi 350
that I'm thinking of running in mine sounds not right
putting a losi motor in my rc8b but I think
they are even cheaper than the werks b5 and seem
to run good

if i were in the market for motors i wud definately pick up a Alpha motor. They are startin to get pretty popular here in SoCal. I test drove one and it was very smooth through the whole power band with a ton of top end, they are gettn in the 10 minute range and goin for just over $200, i want to say $225 but dont quote me. Check the Aplha thread for the reviews and see what people are saying. Also Jimmy (racecrafter) and Chris (Tech5) from Trackstar carry the motors, they have a thread: Trackstart racing, great peeps!

Novarossi N21R. Powerhouse is selling them for $135 shipped and modding them for an extra $50. I was dead set on getting a werks b5 until I found that deal.

My race ported version runs side by side with my race ported P5 and Plus21-4 and I have those available for $175 for a limited time offer. I also still have the stock ones available for $135.
Powerhouse sale thread
I keep telling my friends because it's too good of a deal to pass up on.

Default Small track? Hmm.....

I love the Novarossi bf 3port for 150. It lasts and runs strong, but won't overpower your car on a small track. The new version is also mentioned, listen to them. Novarossi is the engine to run, period....

Mark at powerhousercperfoemance.com is an excellent engine modder. He did 3 engines this year for me and every one was perfect. His work is top notch and his engines run strong. Right now I am inning os speed engines and they are perfect in the truggy but a handfull in the buggy I have been considering the nova 21 limited that mark has. I have a hard time controlling my trigger finger and the buggy gets away from me sometimes. The speed engine will produce 9.5-10 mins consistently though. They are good engines just very fast.
