Well I received a PM and was told my order had a input error, but has been located.
I was promised I will receive my chassis this coming week.
Well I see I don't have to type all this out also.
Going on 2 months for me. Got the same "i would hear back from him when he got back into the office". Nothing.
Really a poor way to run a business.
All businesses will have problems, the way you can judge them is by how they take care of them.
I sure don't feel taken care of........

I ordered mine one the 17th and after reading posts here I emailed to see how long it would take and was told not to give any attention to posts that i should expect a shipment email before the 1st as many team drivers should have new chassis before the new year................

Well I ordered mine on Dec 11th, and havent heard a THING yet! If I were you, I would get a chassis from your local Hobby Shop, or Ebay, If you need something right away. If not, you will be in my shoes, trying to get ready for a big race not knowing if you are going to have a chassis or not. Communication, no you wont get that courtesy either.

how can people run a buisness like this? So unprofesional. You should at least be able to order it with a deposit, and pay in full once the product is made.

what sucks is, i would really like one. I am on my third stock mugen chassis, and have extended engine mounts that have stoped most of the tweek in the chassis.
A Small bend in my chassis doesn't really effect performance, but is annoying nonetheless.
Are the fironi chassis any good? Or is it a 3 month wait for them too.
I guess i will be getting m2c rear brace and king headz radio tray mounts.

for Holidays. this is for the emails that some sent
in on Christmas day? I have gotten replys for the
the guys posted here.. all is good with the shipment..

I ordered an MBX6 chassis on 12/09. After a couple of emails back and forth, I received my chassis on 01/02. I am in the middle of a rebuild and was waiting on that one item. I had already missed a winter series, so I was a little impatience.
I am extremely happy with my new chassis!!!!! BCE will get a handle on things and get these out to all their customers!!!!! Hang in there if you have not yet got your chassis; you will.
I too was a little disappointed with the customer service at first, but Bill made it right!!!!!! He did EVERYTHING he told me that he would do and the chassis arrived when he said it would. Thanks Bill.
