Race Servos

We use 24 bit high resolution digital microprocessors and amplifiers fr6461 like mks ,futaba and others use .our gears are a precise cut metal gears which are very silent ,we use high quality wiring and top coreless motors .the only thing that goes against us is that we dont have a popular name and we are still small but we like being small as we can service the customer better with a personal customer service and warranty policy.
so we are small but we can only try .

He posted about them a few weeks ago and gave a link to some obviously over-rated servos that claimed like 400 in/oz of torque at like .1 speed at 6 volts. And if you have fallowed cobraracing threads you will see that they are littered with people waiting forever with things and flaky at best service. I was interested in savox servos from him but when I did a search I found they are available internationaly on ebay. Just search savox and a bunch will come up with the actual ratings of the servos.

I have run a bunch of different servos - the BEST that I have came accross is the JR HV servos or the HITEC HV servos -----NOTHING else comes close - ACE in a truggy is a joke

Talk to the US rep's.....they'll get you sorted and maybe something will happen over on your side at Hitec as that does Not sound like regular Hitec behavior.

That being said... I have a 5955 on throttle... after I beat on it (and I DO mean beat on it! Servo saver? Yeah, right... I crank it down until it coil binds...I've bent 3 aluminum servo arms and snapped one...) for a year on steering on my truggy, I moved it to throttle and put a 7955 on steering. I won't buy anything else, I'm sold on the Hitec stuff. Nothing else comes close.

I have run Futaba S9351 for steering for well over 1 years of racing without a single issue and a Futaba S9452 on throttle / brake for the same amount of time with no problems.. they have served my MBX5T and now my MBX6T very well
I continusly see people at the track with ace and jr servos fail them as well as hi techs that i also once did run but found them to be total garbage that would not last more than a few races
I did have one futaba fail me after a years use and it was just a cheap gear inside that needed replacing, Sanwa servos i have also found to be great but they were used in on road situations

Oldish thread, but ill answer. I have been running the Hitec 5955(steering) and 985 (thr/brk) for many years and have had ZERO issues. Last year I have changed to lipo and NO regulator and have had ZERO issues.
