Limted time time only "FREE SLEEVE RESIZE"
Sorry guys free resize is over
Hey guys I have been resizing for a while now. Im pushing the 300 mark on resizes. I am trying to get my name out on resizing so I am willing to resize your sleeve for FREE. This will be for 1 sleeve resize per person(one per package). When you send your piston/sleeve/conrod to me you will need to include a return label. If it is box I will need to be a prepaid label. If it is a padded envelope it can be 2.00 cash or 5 stamps. I need enough to send it back another words.
I am doing this to get my name out and to gain trust from people.
I use resize equipment made by rayaracing.
You must contact via pm or email at [email protected] to get address to send it to.
I only will accept sleeves for a couple of days.
My resize process:
1- I inspect piston/sleeve
2- do a very slight hone on piston and sleeve.
3- I do a taper resize (It gets tight as piston goes toward TDC)
4-Will work piston up & down in sleeve to creates shinny spots(high spots)
5- I custom shape piston/sleeve to a perfect fit
I have 100% customer satifaction.I have huge confidence in my work and that you will be pleased.
I can pinch to you likeing wether it is soft or tight pinch.
You have nothing to loose so test my work.
This service will take approx an hour and will cost 15.00 for 1st sleeve + 10.00 2nd sleeve plus shipping.

Thanks, I have been very impressed with rays equipment. I not trying to take his customer base but hope to maybe get some people of my own. I hope buy offering this deal that some people who have not tried sleeve resizing will try it out.

Just an update for everyone. I sent off the P/S from my Novarossi Plus 28-7 to Dion early this week. Well I just got it back today and it looks VERY VERY nice. The pinch is spot on....he cleaned everything up for me. I plan to put it back together this afternoon and I'll report back once I fire it up and re-break it in.
It looks VERY nice though....top notch work. So don't be scared to send your stuff to Dion. He will do you right. Perfect service....excellent turnaround time!
