When I was looking into getting a Nitro 1/10th scale my brother had a Traxxas magazine. I was looking at the Nitro Rustler and picked that as the car I wanted to get. Went down to my local hobby shop and asked them about it, told me I don't want that and should get a Team Associated GT2. After getting the car a year ago (and learning more and more every day!) I am so glad I didn't get that car and got the GT2 I have now. Comparing my car to my brother's Bandit and Rustler VXL, its much much more basher oriented than racing. Now all we really do is bashing, but I still think you would be much happier with a better kit in the first place. Go have a look at both of them, hopefully you will see the difference. A few months from now you definitely will. And if you do go with the Traxxas, don't worry, my bro's VXL Rustler is still really fun! I still recommend a Assocaited GT2 just because of how much fun it is, and how much you can learn and get better every time you drive or take it apart!

Edit: Whoops, after posting I see you already have one, lol. My brother had his Bandit and then bought the Rustler VXL 6 months later. See if it's worth upgrading to whatever you do get when the time comes, and hold onto/or sell yours. It's nice having an extra car because there is always someone to drive with... :P

No. Outdated design, for the same cost or a little more you could get a better design.
