Default Going to buy a broken T-maxx 2.5

So my friend heard I wanted to get a new RC car, and wants to sell me his T-maxx 2.5 which has been used all of 5 times. Sadly however his friend crashed it into a curb pretty hard and banged it up pretty good, broke a few parts.

Looks like the steering arm is broken, and one of the lower control arms and 1 of the shocks was damaged as well, possibly damage to the shock towers.

Everything else seems fine, such as the engine and electronics. He only wants 100 dollars for it. Does this sounds like a pretty reasonable price?

Is there anything I should look for in particular when I see the truck up close? (all i have now is a description and some bad cell pictures.)

Anyone dealt with this kind of damage before, or have any idea what I could be looking to spend to fix it? Also any recommendations of good places to order parts for it?

sounds like a good price. sometimes they break the front bulkhead or bent a hingepin also but no biggy & it's all cheap to fix.

Just replace the parts with billet parts everytime something breaks.
