41021/9901 or 9853 work perfectly. 9886 will really soften the bottom.

Don't pull the restrictor out, 8mm is the biggest the carb body can go anyway.

7 or 7.5 work very well for med. sized tracks; 7.5 works all around very nicely.

The JP's are generally fuel hogs (JP3) can't speak for the 4.

I'd start with the 053; then if you want less bottom and more mid/top swap to the 9886. Then if you want something between the two, the GRP 2053 runs pretty similar to the 9886; but with a downward shift to the whole power curve and not as much top.

N21l? Must be an econo 3 port?

9886/41021. Don't use the 41001 or41005 on the 9886. It does not work very well

Yes that is the 3 port econo. And yes , the same pipe recommendations as earlier

Some people will say otherwise but I am 100% positive and can back it up with on track testing and many happy customers . Basically the same engine as n21bf limited but different case and head
