Compressed Air

[nothin special]

How many use compreesed air,(air compressor) for cleaning. This is very important to my race program. I use a Porter Cable 20 gallon air compressor with a 175 psi, What are you using ?

at home i use my 6.5hp 60gal craftsman at track i use my 1hp thomas compressor which is worth more than my craftsman lol

I have a small 1.5 gal husky that is very portable and very easy on the power thats available. When other compressors wont turn on mine always does. The tank is small but it fills very fast. I have used it all year and still works great.

i use a compressor to clean mine off too. its a lifesaver. makes it way easier. i spray the car dowm with a weak mixture of water and purple power..let it sit a minute of so...then blow it off.

Air compressors are the only way to go when cleaning RC's!

I agree Air all the way.. I have a littel Campbell Haufeld 1. gallon that works really nice at track that don't have air.. Got it at wally mart for like $60 a few years back..

I'd say anything 5 gal. and up to make it worth the purchase for other neumatic tools and such.... plus it wont run out of air during use, that sucks

I use a 40 cu. ft. nitrogen cylinder quiet, small, extremely portable and economical.You can easily squeeze 250 psi out of it if your hoses will hold it. use caution when using pressures this high cause if you don't know what your doing you can drunk filter paper special comet speaker winding neighbor.

I'm just curious as to why you felt the need to spend so much on a portable compressor for your rc cars??? Or do you use it for other things?
