I have a V-Spec that I couldnt get the head screws out of and just drilled the heads off. What made me mad was the little threaded nubs sticking out of the block came out with my fingers LOL.Just make sure you give everything a really good cleaning to make sure no filings are left behind and get in where you dont want them.

+1. This works, had a buddy walk up to me at our last big race and said he needed his motor pinched so I said no prob take it apart and give it to Alan-then he said 2 bolts are stripped. We took a drill and drilled the cap part of the bolt out and the head slid right off and then the studs turned out easily by hand. Told him we need to add machine shop services to his nitro fever rc racing logo!

Get a drill bit that is a little larger than the shaft of the head bolt and drill the head of the bolt off, the head of the bolt will pop off when you get deep enuf, and do this to both bolts and then when you can remove the head, the rest of the bolt will turn out with your hand. The head will still be usable when done.
Simple
