heat gun. remember, blow drier does not equal heat gun. put a foam or tin foil over the head to keep temps up. if it is cold in your area you might consider letting it idle in front of a space heater in addition to the initial application of heat to the block and head. obvioulsy make sure the space heater makes the ambient temperature around the truck about 75ish. no need to crank it all the way up and make the truck hot to the touch, just warm. cold weather break ins are very difficult.

hey mate there are a few simple checks that you can do first get a blow drier and heat the crank case up before trying to start it. if you have done this you should check all fuel lines for leaks and make sure that the engine is getting fuel. if this i OK then check the glow plud located in the top of the engine and ensure it works by heating it up with your glow starter. if all of this is good and the car still doesn't go then you may have to go to your local hobby shop to get them to have a good look at it as it may be a far greater issue

hope this helps

Get a heat gun, warm up the motor including the case. I have one that has a nozzle the same size as my hole on the top of the head. I start with heat still applied then remove the heat. Then pinch is probally real tight. Also what kind of motor, are your settings correct, how you starting?

On the way to the track just put the buggy under the hood of the truck. Works every time
