Revo if you like to bash. They take a good a$$ beatin'. Save your race-quality stuff for working on driving skills at a track.

In the monster truck world Traxxas isn't that bad if you can avoid hop-ups. The lower cost parts will break under stress...you'll just move the breaking point to more expensive parts with hop-ups.

Save a Losi, smash a Traxxas.

Every one knows losi sucks.Soon losi wont even be making race cars just rtr toys and crap.Traxxas makes better entry level stuff than losi.Losi wishes it was traxxas but in the end they just suck.

The revo and Slash are darn good trucks. Both do exactly what they are supposed to and are alot of fun. Traxxas is hit or miss, but we all started with them. If the Slash had shocks that didn't leak a mL per lap......

Losi has been scary since they stopped being Losi, but they seem to still have the 8ights down OK.

The 8 and RC8 come as rollers because in the long run its more cost effective for them to build it so that people can't call whineing that the small part there numb fingers dropped into a well wasn't included. So you can't complain about missing kit parts anymore, when you just lost them.

Also rollers are more attractive to newbies. Some people learn from seeing not reading. So they have a chance to see how everthing works before they tear the car down.

Anyways the LSt2 is crappy. Too heavy, too darn broken all the time. The Svage is king for bashing.

Still I'd look into a truggy if I were you and try racing. Bashing gets boring.

How the hell is a roller a kit?I like to take my time and build a kit right the first time.I dont want my race cars assembled in china so losi can save a few bucks.
