my wife bought me this ryobi, I thought it was alot more expensive than what it was, well it preforms like an expensive mini driver. Best thing is it has a clutch, and it's made for the ofna style hex bits. it's made wrenching on my car a breeze!
i have that exact setup. ofna bits work great in it too. speed lock collet is awesome

Its got a toggle style switch on the side. You operate it with your thumb.

Thanks Frank, I'll definitely add that plus the bits to my x-mas list.

And to everyone else i currently just use hand-held dynamite hexes and was going to upgrade to some Hudy hexes but than i thought i might explore the power driver path.
No its not the same one, Mine is brand nameless, but it has a clutch, a case, and it came with 10 bits. i use the Dynamite hex bits with it, and I would quit the damn hobby if I had to do everything manually

Hitachi Hitachi Hitachi....Do i need to say it again

HITACHI IS BY FAR the BEST RC Specific driver money can buy....it weight's in at 1/2LB as apposed to 2LBS like most of the pistol style guns...2 batteries, Case, Light, what else could you ask for.

The semi-cheap OFNA ones have served well... along with my cheap $29 Home Depot driver. (hmmm... the bright yellow-green one, I forgot the name... maybe Ryobi?) It has an adjustable clutch, but it is single speed.

I'd say the only thing it's missing is the ability to select high or low speed, and having a removable battery would be nice. but for the performance, good brand name product, and you can't beat the price, I almost thought about buying another one just to have 2 going at the same time!

I went back and looked... that's the one I have too. I have absolutely no complaints... clutch works great, has plenty of power, and you can just about build a whole kit on a single charge.
