Default i need an opinion on this situation rc8b

so this WAS on ebay. made a deal with the guy . these are the pics i was sent and what was listed on ebay, this is his description:

"UP FOR AUCTION IS A BRAND NEW AE RC8B WITH ALUM DRIVE SHAFTS, AE F/R ALUM HUBS, ALUM DIFF CUPS THE KIT IS 90% BUILT" thats it

going by what you see would you ASSUME the servos are included?

the money is on hold with paypal until i answer to them saying i recieved it and everything is cool.
but like i said i assumed it came with the servos, so to me everything is not cool. i have emailed him 6 times asking about the servo issue and all i get is "have you taken care of the paypal thing"

i replied back saying that no i am waiting for a response that has something to do with what i am asking him. meanwhile his paypal account is useless 500.00 of mine frozen plus whatever he had on there ...until i give the go ahead.

on another note. i recieved the buggy, just as described minus the servos in the pics.cant wait to run it

whats your guys opinions on this

It does not say that the pictured servos that are INSTALLED in the car do not come with it. So i feel that they were included.

dosent say they are included either, unless you paid more then what its worth, assuming that they were included i would just give the guy his money and not try to scam him

How much did you buy it for?

For $250 or less I wouldn't care about the servos.

Dude whats right is right - release his money - you did not get brunt and it looks to me that the seller is right - according to your post - he did not say servos (INCLUDED)............................ you can not just go by pics on EBAY and if you ASSUMED you should have asked the question before you bidded. Not sayin that your wrong.. and the seller did not say no servos.......

dosent seem like a principal thing since he never stated they were included, you are basing it off of an assumption you made that it came with the servos

Geez, 500?

Yeah, I'd want the servos to. But it deosn't say they are included. When you put a dozen pics of a product on Ebay, I expect to recieve that product as its pictured.

The seller should have taken a few minutes and taken the servos out before taking pics.

Looks like AE servos anyway? Worth what?.......6 bucks? LOL.

looks like a fair deal to me considering the upgrades that are on the car, the kit alone is 500, just need to make sure the stuff that is together was done correctly, have bought partially built cars before and had issues like arms on the wrong side, no loctite etc

well the seller posted what he posted, its the job of the buyer to make sure
Example - I brought a PS3 I knew it had HDMI output and I ASSUMED it came with the HDMI cable since it was hooked up in the store. Guess what - no cable, and I didnt ask the sales man......
