Looking for one. My manual caliber is going bad on me... Time for a new one...

the $15 ones from harbor freight work fine.

Oh you mean caliper? I guess it depends on what you're doing with it and how much you use it. I've got Mitutoyo calipers that I've had for years and love them.

use one from orchard hardware supply. It was about 40 bucks bit it has worked perfect going on 2 yrs now.

I like the bigger 9" over the 6".... granted rarely do you have to measure stuff over 6" but i would still go for the 9".

I'm on my second set of Harbor Freight cheapies; last one was about 6 years old and disappeared during our move a couple months ago.

this is the one at harbor freight. i cant find it on thier site, but this one usually comes with a case. thats the one i have and i love it. work perfectly

I use a Harbor Freight 6" pair for the races and a good pair of 9" for home. I'd hate to destroy the good pair at a race.

i got several but use one from advance auto "performance tool" brand and seems to be fine for few years. the harbor freights fine too. i also use a cheap plastic non digital and its flawless too and like 20 years old lol

Exactly why I always borrow at the track ....some guys are IMO WAY too rough with theirs.
