The Alpha Truggy Engine - no bottom really ? ? ? I brought one when Truhe start running Orion.......... I didnt like the thing, it was to much bottom IMO. And it was off and on, couldnt get control of the throttle on that thing.

Just make sure the modder you get, have ample experiance with that engine.. I have had engines messed up by modders who never touched my particlular engine, just an FYI bud

I thoght the whole idea behind the .24 was to up the bottom end. What pipe and header are you running? As for engine modder call mark at powerhouseperformancerc.com. He will find out what you want and custom mod it. He has done several engines for me and I have been very happy with his service.

Your going to need a 2013 with that engine. Iv tried the 2066 Orion pipe with an extech and it would not work well. Orion sirio and werks make them.

If you have not already check take a look at your clutch make sure it's not sliping and you have the right springs that motor should have a ton of bottom

+ 1 on the 2013 pipe. I ran it with a RE11 and it was a dog. Put a Werks 2013 on it and it's awesome! More than enough low end and puls really well on top also. I've got it in my 09 XT8.
