Default fioroni .21 engine

What is the difference between the red fioroni engine and the blue fioroni engine?

here you go frank
http://www.fioroni.com/inglese/prodo...asp?gruppo=310

judging by the site
the blue head engine is a big block 3port generic motor
and the red head is a .21 "race" 5port buggy engine....

all look werk based

Cool I love Fioroni proudcts they are very good and very expensive but they add big bling factor. I'll have to try one of these out.

Anyone have any experience with these engines what they are comparable to power? Tuning? Etc...

I might make it tomorrow. I really like Phillips track. Mom had surgery in SF so been here for a few days but it looks like I might make it home today. Hopefully see you tomorrow. My cars are in pieces bit that just takes an hour or 2.

Hi,

I will tell you taht the 5 port is the same engine as the Ninja Mario Rossi tuned GRP engine. It is a great engine. Only difference is that they are with the Fioroni head. They also have a lot of spare parts for the engine.

those engines are made by Picco and GRP....the 3 ports are Picco, the fancier mills are GRP..... you can tell by the carbs

Default fioroni

So is the 5 port fioroni exactly the same as the GRP. I am wondering if the p/s and rod will fit a TUNED GRP.

You won't get any flameouts or broken con
rods if you know how to properly adjust a
carb.

+1 on proper tuning. The best engine on the market will flame out if not tuned properly.

I wonder if fioroni bought GRPs engine molds, will be nice if they offer piston and sleeve sets we can use in our grps.
My grp is used and the stock carb was trash but after those issues its been great for me
