whats the difference between the rb c6 off road and the c6 on road ???

They cost more. I think about 200 more.

i found one for a good deal. wondering if its a waist of $$ to get it and make it work on my truggy

On-road engines are timed differently to shift the power band much higher in the RPM range than off-road engines. As a result, they don't have nearly as much bottom end punch as off-road engines, and probably won't work very well at all in a truggy, let alone a buggy.

For example, here is a dyno graph of the Picco P7R (offroad), compare it with the dyno graph of the Picco P9R (onroad) below:

These dynos were performed by Adam @ ABmods.com. You can see while the P9R makes much more top end and overall hp, it lacks the bottom end power and torque of the P7R.

the sleeve is not abc either it is aluminum something or another.
