Default The new Hyper 9 2.0 Kit

What do you guys think of it? It's looking pretty tempting!
I called and talk to David at ofna,he told me the 2.0 version has

New 4x4 Animal Chassis

Steel Rear Center Dog Bone

Longer Front Lower Arms

New Center Chassis Stiffener Plate

Its realy catching my eye over the losi 8 2.0 kit!

Anybody know if it is actually a kit, or is it 80% prebuilt like the original H9?

By the looks of it the 4x4 chassis is the only major difference between the 2.0 and the old hyper 9. The GL has alot more going on.

17mm bb shocks
alum front and rear chassis braces
alum throttle postioner mount
fiber brake rotors
brake pad springs
spider diff all 3
on and on

Just check the link out

Nitrohouse said they would get some if enough people were interested, right now you have to get them from ebay, for a hefty price.

Gl is a sweet ride for sure, that nitrohouse deal for the 2.0 is pretty good considering the chassis alone is 125 bucks, thats the main hop-up imo

I've never had that problem on my 9, but i think I remember i saw a quick fix for that should it occur. It was on the Ofna forum I think.

The GL is very nice for sure

Well Tyler, i saw the video on that vehicle and it looked alright until it showed the brake linkage, piano wire with a z bend! Then i really couldn't believe what i saw when they showed the ackerman setup, piano wire with z bend! This is toy crap from a 80's tamiya frog for crying out loud. Get ahold of me or Isaac and you can run my losi 2.0 at the track. Then decide about it.
