How to cure push?
I've been running dirt/clay oval with my Hyper 7 PCR. The problem I'm having is severe front end push. Anything that I do doesn't seem to make a difference. For diff oils I'm running, front 5000, center 3000 and rear 3000. I was running 7000 in the center and made the change to 3000 and it didn't seem to make a difference. The PCR has the 6 spider gear SPYDER diff in the center. I've been running a brand new set of ProLine Crimefighter XTR's. Anyone have any clues? Thanks

Im not sure if this will help but in teaching my son to run his 8B and slash, I would make set up changes and he wouldnt notice what i did, but he would still tel me the car wouldnt turn, The best advice i could give him and some others at the track was to stay off throttle just a tad longer when in the turn til the car was between 1/2 and 3/4 into it, then get back on the gas, this seems to help so far...

it's basicly when you lets say are intering a left turn and your turning your wheels to the left and the car wants to keep going straight, gettin off power when turning help a great deal with this...as it help to keep the front end planted...

I've been racing and bashing RC's for close to 25 years now so the driving isn't the issue. I can get the car around the track in the preferred line, just not at the "preferred speed". My friend is running the OFNA Picco buggy and he's getting around the track pretty good. I'm not sure if it's a shock, diff oil, sway bar issue. Maybe even a geometry issue?

put 2000 in the rear i know 3000 makes it push a little

if the rear end is loose while u turn into the turn thats oversteer usually its ethier overdrivng it or having to much steering or a whole lot of dual rate

proberty i dint know that intil somebody told me that it just makes the buggy more stable and easy to drive ,2000 takes that push alway

I ran oval about 10 years ago lol and i ran a hyper 7 pbs and i ran alot different set up than what you got i believe i ran 10,10,1 and i had my shocks set so when i enter the turn the weight shift to the front tires make your right rear shock stiffer and your left front softer so when you enter the turn most of the weight is still on the front that will help with the sterring and just blip your throttle to get around it. hope this helps

i run 40 front and 35 rear in my eight b , u could try 37 weight oil in the front

Can you post a pic of your track? Track conditions? Bumpy, dusty, etc.
Can you describe as much of your current setup as possible? Pushing on entry or exit, on power or off. Diffs are only the beginning, and do more for on power than off. You should have a good off power setup diff wise allready. 5/3/3 is close to one of my favorites-5/4/3, and 5/5/5.
I'd try AKA soft I-beams for a messy outdoor track, Gridirons soft for a clean outdoor track. Go to hard compounds for hot blugroove.
Increase rear camber: -3 or -4 degrees on the right. Its an oval, you can use positive camber on the left if you want.
Can you shorten the wheelbase on that car? Move rear hubs, arms forward.
