HELP
 

I have a Mugen MBX5 and I had and old motor laying around that I was going to put in it. The motor is a Thunder Tigre .27 but I can not seem so get it to mount on the mounts its like the back of the motor is wider than the front. Does anyone have any ideas of know if this will not work for a fact also the shaft out of the motor is almost touching the gas tank.

What is getting the way? Could the motor mounts be backward?

where the backplate attaches is hitting the motor mounts. they arent backwards they are a pyramid shape same front or back.

I used to run a TT buggy. Their engines are non standard from what i've found. I don't remember about the mounts but also check your exhaust, I believe it's a nonstandard size on the exhaust port as well. May need a TT header. Hope this helps.

Dont know if it makes a difference or not but its not thunder tigre its super tigre like out or a duratrax raze and warhead.
