A pink head? PINK

For future consideration, a nice touch is to anodize them and then drill the holes for a two-tone look.

I do not know that answer. If you have any local racers close to you with a RB Concept/Novarossi 4 bolt engine. See if you can use their head on your button. If you can bolt it all down, then yes it could work, but I can not guarantee it honestly without testing for you first hand.
