Sometimes I rinse the Simple Green off. Sometimes I let it dry on its own.

Axe keeps the Silicone spray from sticking to hard.
Its like how WD40 was used on tires, only not slippery.
I'll let JP chime in on the finer points of TAG, he's the expert.

"Its amazing what you can make with simple household chemicals."

I'm going to try TAG all by itsself if the weathers good this weekend.

Can I ask what affect all this spraying has on the tires?
Does it let you use M2 rather than burning up M3's?

Does anyone know what the UK version of simple green is called?

Do you just use TAG and silicon on tires like the AKA's?

Cheers.

I started using it after I saw hippie Man spraying it on A Revo. It hooked up like mad. I have been using it for about 3 months and my car may lose but the ladies love it.

Careful, it might cause increased plastic wear on an Associated buggy. Nevermind, its the atmosphere that deos that.

Should be fine on AKA tires. AKA makes some real tough tires. Not alot that hurts them. They don't seem to like diesel fuel though.

I strongly recommend switching to AKA. Then you won't have to constantly worry about burning up soft compound tires. I find that soft Gridirons, Soft Ibeams, and hard Gridirons cover allmost all conditions well.

Allmost lost my mind when I saw a squidy running his engine in on pavement with a fresh set of AKAs on. Amazingly they didn't wear much.

I prefer Polo Sport to Tag. It has to be the "Sport" version, because racing is a sport!

j/k

Some interesting information here.

Remember when I mentioned that the person who gets the most goofy posts deleted by the Mods in a month Wins a set of Sportworx tires and a coupon for 15% off Caster buggies...............

I lied.

You can post about "Guys dressed in Pink" and the "Orlando, Florida" in the Racing at the "Gate" thread. (Cleveland carpet onroad track)

That's silly. You should start racing A. Your bumping up to the A for a reason.

That too... and an excuse to hang out with the guys, talk smack, and drink beer!

I'd hate to have someone go spend $60 on that stuff and find out it doesn't work... so... I thought I'd better be clear that I WAS joking.
