Thanks Gene, I was curious. I have quite a few AKA foams left. Looks like they will be going on the auction block.

Now the WTH is up with the VP Pro glue? haha I cleaned the tires, rims with motor spray, scuffed rims all around, scuffed tires all around. And they still are coming un glued in parts around tires. Is worst feeling when you know you have the fastes car but cant drive it like you stole casue your afraid your going to run out of the tires....
thats good to know cause i saw they were a little cheaper than the agama bearings and money was kinda tight so i went with the vp-pro bearings

Default Agama A8 Options

Just wondering if VP PRO plans on offering any of the following option parts for the Agama A8:

Aluminum Rear Hub Carriers
Aluminum Front and/or Rear Hinge Plate Braces
Aluminum Front and/or Rear Chassis Braces
Aluminum Center Diff Brace
Aluminum Front Upper Plate
Aluminum Front Spindles

Just curious if parts like these are on the horizon. Thanks!

Default VP809G-RW-UF

I can't find a description on alot of these tires and I was wondering if these came with the closed cell foams and are they the soft or firm ones?

also does anyone have any input on those "belted" tires? I wouldn't mind trying some out!

Thanks Mark

Then they changed to a hard yellow inserts. We have a few sets of premounted tires with those foams also (VP801-VP803s and wide tires).

All non glued tires (Except wides) now come with the closed cell inserts.

When the VP805 Axman came out, the switched to the MF-002 black closed cell foams with grooves. All VP804 & VP805's come with this foam now.

When the VP806 Condor came out, they came with MF-001 black closed cell inserts with no grooves (X pattern carcus). The VP806-VP809's all come with this foam insert with no grooves (MF-001).

Either foam (MF-001 & MF-002) can be used in any tire. The one with no grooves (MF-001) gives the tire a more rounded shape and a firmer feel - perfect for smooth or blue groove tracks. The grooved insert (MF-002) makes the tire more flatter and gives a softer feel - perfect for bumpy tracks or loose/dusty tracks.
