Default Servo set up problem?

I recently replaced the throttle servo on my losi 2.0 rtr with a high torque metal geared servo. Now I have to set the throttle and steering to reverse on my controller or the wheels are turned very strongly to the right and the brake is engaged. Also, for my car to be able to go straight, my steer trim has to be set to +25right (in the reverse setting that is). This is probably a noob question and error, but nonetheless I appreciate any suggestions, thanks.

Sounds like you did not make sure your servos were not centered before putting the horns on. Reset your radio - take the servo horns off then turn on the RX battery - the servos will then center - go ahead and place the horns back on - trottle should be closed - and tires should be as close to center/straight as possible. your going to have to trim it out, but it should be pretty close....... if done right.

hope this helps

Ahh, I see, sounds like an easy fix but I do not understand why my steering servo would have been altered, i did not take that one off, all I did was unplug from the E-center. Thanks for the info.

Are you running the plastic servo horn for steering?
If so, that could be stripped - I would suggest buying the alum steering servo horn - for like 8 bucks......
