Default no getting any power or movement.

after running my hpi, i turned off my engine and receiver and then tried turning on the receiver back on and it wont turn on not even the tick sound it makes when turning it on wont tick. tires and throttle wont move. ive charged everything and have everything on. I opened the cover for the servo plugins and everything is fine. is this a common thing?

try plugging the battery in directly to the receiver without the switch. Maybe the switch went bad.

Are there any lights on the receiver that would come on? My specktrum receiver has a led on it so its easy to know if its getting power. If thats not an option, do you have another way to test the battery like in another car ?
If your sure the battery is good and charged, then the receiver may be the problem.

Try to rebind, if your not getting anything from the rx and the battery and switch is good, rebind the rx and check from there.
