Default help with airtronics throttle servo

hey guys i have a airtronics 94360 servo and i turned my car on today and nothing out of it. steering works fine, tried a different reciever and battery pack just to make sure. I could push the horn and it would go one way and come back but wouldn't do it by the controller. I have had it for over a year now and was wondering if i could send it to airtronics and they would replace it or fix it for less than 50 dollars. just looking for any experiences, thanks!
