Default droop question

when the owners manual says increase droop do they turn the screw in or out? i own an rc8t and dont understand what they mean when they say increase/decrease because the you are not turning the screw head.

also how much effect does this have on turning. i am looking to get more off power turn in in to the corner.

increase droop = turn screw out

decrease droop = turn screw in

Adding more rear droop will gain you more off power steering cuz it lets the rear raise higher on decel allowing it to transfer more weight to the front.
