Default Mid range needle un-screwing

I have an axial .28 engine. The mid range needle keeps un-screwing its self. How do I stop this?

Set it flush and have the flat head at eleven oclock then seal it up with some high-temp silicone thats what i did to mine hasn't moved sents.
