Default jammin crt x2

I have this truggy its great recently blew a rear diff bearing melted the case etc,bought new case and complete new diff,shimmed 2x2 started slipping now have 3x2 started slipping again what am i doing wrong any help would be grea pro series coming up need info fast thanx

when you say 2x2 do you mean 2 diff shims on each side of the bearing? and do you mean the ring and pinion are slipping?

when you shim a new ring and pinion you want them as tight as possible without a bind. if there is one spot that is a little tight than thats fine it will work in.

yes the ring and pinion sorry left that out,hoping the ring and pinion dont have too be replaced havent taken it apart since sunday going to tommorrow,will shim it as tight as i can thanx for your input

You may want to pull the ring gear off of
the diff case and check the diff gears.
Sound to me like they may be bad.

it is possible but i did replace everything diff diff case gears ring and pinion etc but a buddy of mine did it and he may not have shimmed the internal gears proper am gonna dissassemble it tonight thanx again for the input people!!

problem solved went 3x2 on the bearings for shims my buddy screwed up the shims on th ediff gears but all is good now and best of all NO NEW PARTS NEEDED!!
