Default Different pipe lengths

After buying both the re10 and re11 to put on the losi 2.0 I installed the re11 first and cut the body for the output on the pipe but after setting up the re10 i noticed it's almost 1/2" longer. Are you cutting the bodies to make room to run both pipes or using a different body for each pipe, i ask this due to i try to keep any holes in the body to a minimum.

I personally prefer to use one body cut for both pipes. I very rarely change pipe though.
