Does anyone know if the Front end pivot ball joints and the uprights they go into from the new MBX6 will fit on the old MBX5? They look identical but wondered if someone know for sure.

They might but you will need the new cvd's with new size bearings too.

i dont think so, the 6's are longer. if your looking to use the lightweight pillowballs,mugen did make them for the 5.

the top pivot balls from the 6 will fit the 5R, they are the same. The lowers on the 6 have the base to them, they will fit the 5R, BUT the track width might be to wide.
