Default Sportwerks Turmoil SC Pro Project

I got bored with my 1/8th Buggy and decided to try to turn it into a Short Course Truck.

Heres the buggy the way it should be.

I took the rear wing mount off a mocked up a SC10 body.

I'm bidding on SC10 front and rear bumpers. Want the Mud Flaps lol.

Put a truggy chassis on it and you can run with the SC8's.

Or I can run the SC8 I already own. This ones just for fun. Besides i do see 1/10 scale gas SC trucks comin out. If i didnt convert it I would have most likely sold it.

I used a bumper from a XTM Mammoth for my 1/8th scale.Try the slash bumper it might work.A hpi savage bumper will work but you have to do some cutting.

Thanks but It's not for sale. I was selling this buggy prior to doing this but then decided to do this and keep it. Plans are to run it with this LRP 28 til it dies which will be a while cause it still basically new, then swap it out for a 21. Not sure on body rub yet due to the fact its not really mounted as of yet. Still waiting on SC10 body mounts, rear bumper W/mudflaps and a Slash front bumper (not sure if i will use it).

just wondering if the sc8 body would work better than the sc10 for the wheel clearance,i just prefer to have my wheels tucked in the fenderwells

The SC8 body wont work. I have a SC8 also and the buggy isnt long enough. Go with the SC10 body I should have it all mocked up this week if things stay the way they are with ebay.
