Exclamation nitro rustler wont start!!!

my nitro rustler has been acting up. I cant start it without having to put fuel directly into the carb. and when it does start it shuts off in about a minute, i called traxxas and they said that it was the glow plug. but my glow plug lights up. so whats the problem!

Get a new glow plug! How is the engien running in the minute it stays running? Does it have good performance? And did you preheat the engine with a heat gun or hair dryer?

just because it lites up doesnt means its good, might not be hot enough
