Hey that would be my buggy . Thanks for not posting a pic of me on my roof. I really like the hyper7 it performed very well The engine has plenty of power for the track. The only problem I had was the steering servo died after about 20 minutes. The stock steering and throttle servo's are the same model, both are plastic geared. I replaced the servo with a metal one I had extra and didn't have anymore problems or at least anything that wasn't linked to my driving skills

Driver error... indeed nothing can prevent those types of accidents... Infact just today my cousin drove my car full throttle into a wooden power pole... broke the front right steering knuckle, c hub and broke the gears in the steering servo... as RoyP said, they are only plastic so i'll be putting metal geared servos into it now...

Bottom line is anything and everything on any car can break... if you upgrade the plastic to alloy you'll just end up bending stuff rather snapping it... But yeah the hyper 7's an awesome car.

Hi there.

I've just bought the TQ Sport used (only ran 1 gallon) for my sons.

It is without the front anti roll bar. Has any of you bought a bar and put on? The handling of the car must increase a lot - or?

Cool. What is the part number for the bar?

And what is the part number for a set of screws?

How about the bended silicone tube between manifold and exhaust? It's not reinforced. Has any of you had problem with the stock tube?

Nice thread, Kamikaze (Suicide)

FYI There's alot of parts that cross over from the Hyper 8.5 to a 7 and vice vers. The rig is kinda heavy but will put up with learning abuse till your ready for the good stuff. When you can, get good servo's and a better radio and you'll run with the guys all day. Have fun.
