Default Best way to shrink the heat activated wire wrap?

Is it a hair dryer, a heat gun, a soldering iron or something else entirely?

any heat source would do. I personally use a sortering iron but lighter would do just fine as long as you do it very carefully.

I use a hobbico heat gun.
