RB WS7III vs. RB C6 Runtimes. whats better?
I am going to get a new motor and im weighing up whether to spend the extra on the RB C6 L2G
I already have the RB WS7III L2G and im very happy with the power and runtimes but i've heard that the C6 gets better mileage.
So whats better for runtimes the WS7 or the C6

i have 2 WS7's at the moment and i am really happy with them at the moment. i use them in my buggy and truggy and i have been offered the WS7 and C6 at a steal of a price.
every one says that the C6 is heaps better for the truggy but i just dont know whether i need more power. the WS7 hasnever let me down and it revs so hard that im never caught down the straight
does the C6 rev as hard as the WS7 or does it just have more bottom end and less top

I've run both in my truggy and my old rc8 buggy. The C6 gets better run time. Im my truggy I use a 7mm insert and runsa 10 minutes easy. In my buggy with a 6.5mm inset could go 11.5 minutes easy. With the C6 run the RB 2045 pipe and 192 header. My ws7 would do 8.5 mnute with a 7mm inset in my truggy. and 8 minutes in my buggy with 6.5mm insert. With the ws7 use the RB 2045 pipe and 198 header. Or you can also use the Associated FT 2035 pipe and header.

imo the c6 has better low end with a high end to match the ws7's

I thought it was a 10 min main and it was a 15, flamed at 13 minutes. I really miss that motor. Conrod bushing came apart at 3.5 gals, should have beem watching it.

the C6 will deff give you better run time ova the WS7, as the C6 has more bottom end so less need for the trigger finger and there for less fule used.
i run mine to about 115 deg C and it has awsome topend one of the fastest at our club and runs nice down low to.
were the ws7s that i have had used a lot more fuel but with the right pipe and cluch set up you wont need as much trigger finger.
