Body wraps are only as good as whoever installs them. I have all Fastlane stuff on my toys and it stays put very well. I have been running the same 2.0t body since february and it is still going strong and looks good.

I bought a used B44 that had an upgrade wrap on it. the wrap peeled off almost completely on the sides on the first run. I am not saying that upgrade has an inferior wrap, just that the previous owner did not prep the body properly before applying the wrap.

That being said, I like having the option from fastlane to have a totally custom wrap that no one else will have.

Nothing holds better than a great paint job!, and a paint job is actually cheaper than a wrap and it's seamless! I dare someone to prove how a wrap is better than paint!

Wraps don't bleed through masks? lol um.....that's all I've got.

PS: jab graphix has a trim and mount option, all you have to do is trim and mount the body. They paint, prep, and apply the wrap for you. Good stuff, great price.

I have never done body wraps. Do they go on the inside or outside?

I think brushing my own custom design is part of the fun.

If you want a wrap that will actually WRAP your equipment then go with Fastlane Graphix, if your just looking for a big ugly sticker that still needs a paint job,,,then you can go with downgrade.

Alright girls -stop pulling each others hair and put your ear rings back on.

I had Chad draw me up a design and it was dope, it was recommended by a Losi Driver

I have had a upgrade RC wrap and I have also had customer paint

IMO wraps are WAY better than paint, not only do they hold up better but a complete wrap such as what Fastlane make help the body last longer and not crack ect.

And some one said wraps were expensive - Fastlane is what about $120 for one of a kind custom work any way you want it with logos and names ect - - - upgrade wraps are thinner and yes I have had to use CA on the coners and they go for about $60 or so and you just pick from one of there designs, logos, names ect are extra

I had two bodies painted and they are both nice my stars and stripes cost me $150 and my lucky clover was $90 - and yes some of you will say yours was cheaper but i believe in you pay for what you get. both bodies have at lease 10 coats of paint and has heat tape on the post holes and around the pipe and engine holes.

but if I had to pick just one - it would be Chad - I think the wait is well worth it in the end
