They are talking about lipo receiver packs.

I use a thunder power 900mah pack in my buggy and it fits fine even with a deans connector in the box. Integra gave me a link for some mini heli packs that fit the box fine. Give me a sec and I'll find them.

What kind of time do you get with a 900mah? I would like to use a small cheap pack. Can you run a whole day on it?

45 min race in buggy w/5-7 min warm up the pack took 660mah.

servo's play a big factor i got a Futaba 9351 on throttle and hitec 5955 on steering.

truggy take's a bit more juice over 45 min with Dual 5955's about 840mah which imo is too close to cut it.

I'm not cutting the balancer plug completely off nor would I suggest that to anyone. Just the wasted clip that is on the balancer plug. Not sure if every pack has one, but the Losi LiPo's have the clip, and it is useless.

2. Is there any good workaround to make it fit?
I use a tall cover and pack above and below the lipo with foam. you cant protect the battery with that short cover

Sure ya can....just depends on the pack you are running.

reggie l. i bet your set-up take's roughly 800-1000mah to charge back up....the 2000's have a lot of run time.
