Ok as some of you might know ive recently purcahsed my first nitro buggy.

I am planning on starting to break it in this weekend. What is the best nitro % to use when breaking in a nitro buggy? It has a 3.5cc SH motor.

Use whatever nitro percentage that you would be running normally.
I break in and run my motors on Werks 30%

AT racing fuel. great stuff. 25% is my fave, tons of caster and synthetic oil. all rond great fuel. all engines that i have run it on are very reliable and easy to tune.

I run Nitro Juice 30% in all my motors. I have used a lot of the others and it is a bit cheaper then alot of the other stuff out on the market. Depending where you live you might not be able to find it yet

+1 on the Nitro Juice. Unfortunately where it is available is still fairly limited, but it runs just as well as any of the bigger brands for a bit cheaper. Nitro juice is like $25 a gallon at my LHS, whereas Bryon's is around $38. No contest there.

Best fuel by a mile is Cold Fusion Fuel. Hold a great tune all day no flameouts and engines will idle forever. They even have a special quart just for breakin that has extra lubrication, then you can switch to the Majik 30 % and never have any problems, specially great for new engines because after gallon after gallon it will not dye your internals they will look as good as new after several gallons. +1 on the cold fusion. I have not had any flameouts since I have been running cold fusion fuel. I mean NO FLAMEOUTS. I cant say that for any other fuel. I started with coldfusion about 2-3 months ago and I race 2-3x per month. I have been through about 5 gallons of this fuel and I wont let any other fuel touch my engines. Coldfusion fuel 30% magic blend has the magic stuff in it for the winning combo. Just my experience and opinion. I can get Nitro Juice for anyone that wants it for $28 a gal plus shipping and handling Or of in the Houston, Tx area can set up a meet or will deliver Just Pm me and let me know what you are looking for and how much you want. Just to let you know when i switched over to it my car ran 12 deg cooler and about 2 1/2 to 3 mins more on run time and never changed a tone from what i was running.

Its slightly on the red/pink side from the oil is what I have been told.

The color comes from the oil they use. NO Additives

So far I've had good luck with Blue Thunder Sport 20%.
