Engine won't idle without glow started attached
Hey folks, I need a bit of help. I have an Ofna Force 32 that I picked up slightly used the other day. It has great compression, and starts right up. BUT...... I can't seem to find a spot where this thing will idle on it's own. It will idle and has good throttle response as long as the glow starter is attached, but AS SOON as I remove the starter it dies within a second. I've run the needles to the factory settings and started from there several times but still no luck. I know I've heard of this issue before but I just can't find anything on it. HELP!!!
Thanks,
Kris

Change the plug first thing. They can be bad even if they glow.

I've found that an engine will idle bad if.. its too tight (not fully broken in yet), too loose which doesn't sound like your case, too rich or too lean (fuel coming out the exhaust?), or like said, a bad plug
Have you tried letting the engine fully warm up before taking the glow heater off? that any better?
My picco 28, I have to let it get hot before I pull the heater off.. but its pig rich and virgin tight

Try to warm the engine up with the glow igniter on and run it around a bit and when you take it off keep the RPMs up and see if it stalls.
