How are you setting your gear mesh between clutch bell and spur?
How much end play/slop do you leave on your clutch bell?
What shims are you using for your clutch?

The roller calls for 2 shims but I had the same problem with them in it. I took them out and havent had any problems since. With the shims in it is too tight when the nut is tightened which will cause the front bearing to fail very quick. Take it out and I bet your problem is solved.

your clutch bell is to tight. Check your shims - you want a little play between the clutchbell and flywheel.Read you losi manual and set it up how it say

Up to 1mm of "slop" in the clutchbell shimming is perfectly fine. You want a little bit of play so your bearings don't fail on you. As long as your mesh is not too tight and you have full contact on the spur with your pinion with through the 1mm of play you should be fine.
