Default Problem discharging with Swallow EQ

Hi,

I've just purchased a Swallow EQ charger, have no problem charging batteries but when I try to discharge it won't work. Before it even starts to discharge the charger starts beeping and END CHG flashes. Any ideas? I have tried a couple of batteries and different end voltage settings, nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any help,

In case it helps anyone answer the question, I believe the Swallow EQ is marketed as the Great Planes Triton EQ in North America.
