I just bought a used motor and he was running 30% nitro fuel in it and was wondering if it would kill it if I swapped down to 20% I have heard its not good to jump up in % but havent heard anything about going down so any advise would be great thanks

Changing nitro content is fine. You will just have to re-tune.

No you can change. You might have to take a head shim out depends on which engine it is and how many shims are in there. But switching to 20% is fine.
