Help match pipe, manifold, engine

First let me say thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
I'm new to Nitro Off Road Racing, looking to reliability in my engine package, not max power.
Below is the list of equipment I have and I need suggestions to match the best pipe, manifold to the specific engine

Engine
Rossi Plus 28-5T (turbo plug)
Rossi 21-P5XS (std plug)
Rossi Toro Nero .21 7 port long stroke (turbo plug)

Pipe
Jammin JP-3
Ofna 086
Rossi 9901
Rossi 9886

Manifold
Jammin Long radius
Ofna med radius
Rossi Med. 41019 (two 90 deg. bends)

I'm running a Mugen MBX6-T on a track with many switch back turns, a med. and short straight, and lots of jumps that require consistent power and speed to master. The .28 was too much motor so I'm going to use one of the .21 as my next motor with the other as back-up.

Thanks Again

P5XS is what I run with an Ofna or Dynamite 53 pipe and manifold. Great bottom end and excellent tunability. More than enough power for my Losi 2 truggy and great fuel mileage besides. Check out Houstons threads for suggestions and advice too. Monty is the man.

I run a psxs hot mod with the novarossi 9886 and there long round header and it rips from bottom to top and gets well over 10 mins.Hope this helps.
