lipo for nitro buggy,whats my options?
can someone help me with my options for a lipo? i have moved my battery out of its box and more to the front of my rc8 so i have about 2" to the servo for space,i mean with standard humps that is,a lipo im sure will not be as tall so i could press it right to the servo without contact with the arm ,so about 2 an a half "i have no clue as to what size lipo(2-3cell,mah,10-20c?)can u tell me . thanks

There are quite a few radio systems that are compatible with a lipo pack without the need for a regulator. Team Orion, KO Propo, Hi-Tec, some Sanwa and other receivers and servos are already compatible. I would recommend going in that direction.

you can now get the battery box from AE I'm running a portek
2000mah from A Main Hobbies with a muchmore regulator it's
working out just fine run for 2hr 28min of practise on
one charge not bad if you run a lipo I would put it in the
box give it some protection for when you may get hit in
the side
