Unhappy Motor Help

I have a GRP tuned .21. The problem that I noticed is the high speed needle spins freely. I start up the motor and the vibration for the motor spins the needle by itself!?!?!? What is the problem?

Sounds like the Orings on the needle are shot or missing. Unscrew the needle all the way out and take a look at them

the two o rings are there. The screw is very loose. Also fuel is coming up through the screw and pooling on top of the screw.

Put Associated Green Slime on the o rings and throughally clean out of o rings and HSN assembly. Try to eliminate the problems one at a time.

change the orings definatly!!!!! use the ae green slime on them before you put the needle assembly back in, the stuff is great!! if that doesn't work you may need a new HSN housing....

tighten up the case that the high speed needle is in. if that doesnt work your washers are shot. i had that happen with my motor once. i would lean it out go a lap lean it out another turn. it was pretty annoying till i found the problem
