Default Club racing fees.

What are your weekly club racing fees?
Are there different break downs for sponsored drivers as opposed to non sponsored? How many and how long are the heats, and how long is the main?

We don't have a weekly dues thing, which is what you might be describing? We race on Tuesdays and Saturdays. If you want to race, sign up before a certain time and pay $15 for one class. The second class is $10... like if you wanted to race buggy + truggy.

We have two heats per class, which are 5-10 minutes (depending on number of entries). Mains are 10-20 minutes (also depending on number of entries).

Well, if there EVER was a club race at Thunder Alley, it would be $13. There hasn't been one since October 2008. For example, at JBRL there was 341 racers. The next weekend, there was about 6 racers.

I was just wanting to know whats it cost you to race at your local track everytime you race.
Is the cost different for sponsored driver as to non sponsered.
No weekly fee question...sorry for the mis-post.
Everyone answered the heats and mains questions.

I was very surprised to learn that Action Rc in Oklahoma City doubles the price for sponsored drivers. That's quite unfair but it's his track. There are great drivers from my area that accepted what he wanted, so they won't be back there.

$15 per class/$10 each additional class for everyone at my track in Hutchinson, KS

The sponsored Racers (full sponsorship with pay) dont race club races too much at the Pit..For the big Races they pay the entry fee, and I am sure they get reimbursed by their sponsor

partial sponsored guys pay full price

$30 for each race. $17 for practice any day of the week. There is only one class and that is buggy. Everyone is thrown into that class. Gotta love Japan.

$15 first class, $10 second class

3 rounds of 5 minute quals, 15 minute mains.

Big races are a whole different story. Usually $25-45 first class $15-30 second class. Usually 4 rounds of 5 minute quals. A-mains 20-45 min.

Both tracks locally are $12.00, no matter what class or driver. I told them due to cost of keeping tracks open they should bump to $15.00 but i think they don't want to run off anyone, but if you don't make any money you lose everyone when track closes due to lack of funds.
When we pay more to race it's usually a trophy or cash payout or series race and that is the only time.
