They've been promising the off road version for about 4 yrs now. I'll believe it when I see it & just so you know I dont think if you buy now the new onroad wich you will have to have to run the off road is a upgrade for the ond one. Meaning before you buy if you dont already have it contact VRC & find out. It would suck to buy the present onroad then have to buy the new onroad when it comes out to use the off road if it ever does come out.Measure twice, cut once.

If you buy VRC onroad now for $20 from ebay, you get a discount on v4 pro. Say you install the game in a couple months and you want to upgrade to pro 3 months later. You get a 70% discount. 5 months after you installed it, 50% discount. IMO, v3.5 is very realistic. Watch This video then tell me it is a waste of your time and not realistic. If you buy the USB adapter, as you can get a cheapo for $6 shipped, it will help your driving offroad. Here is a PM Tim from VRC wrote to me:

Hi Chris,

Just wanted to briefly update you on the progress we are making right now. Development is in fact progressing very well! Most hurdles are tackled as we move toward a full internal alpha test (scheduled for beginning of July). Afterwards we will quickly launch the public beta testing (scheduled for beginning of August) where we would love to welcome you as one of our beta testers.

Currently I am in Slovakia to handle some website related issues which will be resolved by the time I leave here (in 10 days). So both game and website are really finishing now. I will publish some news about our development soon to the public.

Finally, I just want to say that we are very thankful for having dedicated enthusiasts such as yourself on board of the VRC community. Appreciate it!

Have a great day,

Tim Bervoets
VRC TEAM

If you have any questions, I will answer them or I will ask the VRC team. Seems like after winning One Big Raceeverybody on VRC knows who I am.

RRG2 is good too. I have probably 200 tracks and a couple hundred cars that include 8T, Kyosho 777, X1 CRT, B4, XX-4, RC10GT, etc. I have tracks like Nitro Challenge 2009, Thunder Alley ROAR Nationals, Reedy 2007 truck race, etc.

This was a long post!
