Default ??? About Proline VTR 4.0

I noticed while gluing up a set of tires last night that they have made in america stamped on the side. Does anyone happen to know are they actually made in the usa or is it like most other manufacturers where they are just designed here and outsourced overseas?

The labeling leads me to believe that they are actually made in the USA. The label clearly states that the tires and wheels are made in the USA and the foams are made in Taiwan.
